9.1 If you submit content through the Services (including enquiries, feedback, testimonials, forum posts, community contributions, journaling entries, or form submissions), you confirm that:
9.2 You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such submissions for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Services.
9.3 You retain ownership of your submissions. The licence granted above does not transfer ownership to the Company.
9.4 We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any user submission at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
9.5 Journaling entries and personal reflection notes are treated as private by default and are not shared publicly unless you explicitly choose to share them.
10.1 The Services may include community features (such as discussion spaces, events, and group sessions) and practitioner tools (such as client management and journey recommendations).
10.2 Community participation is subject to our community guidelines, which may be published separately. Users must engage respectfully and must not share harmful, misleading, or clinically unqualified advice.
10.3 Practitioners using the Services with clients do so under their own professional responsibility. The Company does not provide clinical supervision, professional indemnity, or liability coverage for practitioners.
10.4 We reserve the right to remove users from community features or restrict access to practitioner tools for breach of these Terms or community guidelines.
11.1 Certain features or tiers of the Services may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, subscription terms, pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation procedures will be presented to you before purchase.
11.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
11.3 Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
11.4 If you are a UK Consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period") under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to certain exceptions for digital content.
11.5 Refunds outside the cooling-off period will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
11.6 We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be informed of any price changes before their next billing cycle.
