Is it safe to use PADMA Dimension every day?
Yes, for most users. Lighter journeys (Soft depth) are designed for daily use as part of a grounding or reflective practice. Deeper journeys (Medium and Deep) may benefit from spacing, allowing time for integration between sessions. The platform will gently guide you on pacing based on your usage patterns.
Should I use PADMA alongside therapy?
PADMA Dimension is designed to complement, not replace, professional support. Many users find that using PADMA between therapy sessions helps deepen their self-awareness and supports the integration of insights gained in clinical settings. If you are currently in therapy, we encourage you to discuss PADMA with your therapist.
What happens if I feel overwhelmed during a journey?

Are the brainwave frequency layers safe?
The optional frequency layers use well-researched auditory techniques (binaural and isochronic tones) at safe levels. They are always optional and can be disabled at any time. If you have epilepsy or a seizure-related condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before enabling frequency layers.
