It blends insights from neuroscience, somatic psychology, and contemplative traditions with adaptive technology. PADMA is not a medical or therapeutic service. It is a supportive platform for wellbeing, reflection, and conscious growth.

Most meditation apps focus on short sessions designed to calm the mind. PADMA supports deeper exploration through immersive journeys that combine:

Yes, strongly recommended. PADMA uses spatial sound environments designed for immersive listening. Over-ear or high-quality in-ear headphones significantly improve the experience.

Speakers can work for lighter sessions, but the full spatial sound experience, including binaural elements, requires headphones. For deeper journeys, headphones are essential.

Yes. Your reflections, journaling, and personal insights remain private. PADMA does not sell data or use personal information to manipulate behaviour. Your inner journey belongs to you.

Yes. Over time, PADMA's AI learns what environments, pacing, and depth levels best serve your needs, always with your consent and control.

Yes. You can reset your profile, delete journal entries, or start fresh at any time. Your data belongs to you.

Every journey includes a safe exit pathway. You can pause, reduce depth, shorten duration, or exit safely into reflection. The platform offers grounding guidance. Your comfort always comes first.

No. PADMA is not a medical or therapeutic service. It can complement therapy, coaching, meditation, yoga, or breathwork, but professional care should always be sought when needed.

Consult a healthcare professional first if you:

  • Have a history of seizures or epilepsy
  • Are experiencing severe mental health distress
  • Have been advised to avoid sensory or meditative practices
  • Are pregnant (with relevant medical advice)

Yes. They use well-researched auditory techniques at safe levels, are always optional, and can be disabled at any time. Consult your doctor if you have epilepsy or seizure-related conditions.

Never. Your emotional reflections, journey history, and personal data are encrypted and remain private. We do not sell data, share it with third parties, or use it for targeted advertising.

No fixed rule. Lighter sessions (Soft depth) can be used daily. Deeper sessions benefit from spacing to allow integration. Consistency over time is more helpful than intensity.

Use headphones, sit or lie down comfortably, avoid driving or operating machinery, and close your eyes if comfortable. A calm, quiet environment deepens the experience.
